Dr. Carlos Marciales

Dr. Carlos Armando Marciales Chacón is a board-certified plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgeon who prioritizes one outcome above all: natural results for every patient. His training spans two countries and more than a decade. After completing general surgery in Venezuela — including postgraduate training with the Venezuelan Red Cross in Caracas — Dr. Marciales earned his specialty in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery at Hospital General Dr. Rubén Leñero in Mexico City, followed by advanced microsurgery training and dedicated body-contouring study in Brazil.

That foundation makes him an authority on one of the most demanding areas in the field: post-bariatric body contouring. He has performed more than 5,000 body-contour surgeries for patients after massive weight loss, restoring proportion and confidence with techniques refined across thousands of cases. Alongside this, he serves as an emergency plastic surgeon at Hospital Ángeles Tijuana.
