San Diego International Airport (SAN) is about 25 minutes from the border. Walk or drive across at San Ysidro — the busiest land crossing in the world — and reach the clinic in roughly five minutes.

What to Bring

A valid passport (or passport card for land crossings) to re-enter the United States.
Comfortable, loose clothing and any compression garments recommended for your procedure.
A list of current medications and your medical history.
A companion where possible — recommended for the first days after surgery.
Budget for 7–14 days in Tijuana, depending on your procedure and recovery.

No medical visa is required for U.S. and Canadian visitors. A tourist permit (FMM) is issued at the border for longer stays.
